Mr. Kidder brings management expertise to the board as a utility relocation specialist responsible for coordinating the relocation of utilities in connection with state highway projects in an eight Parish area in Louisiana. Mr. Kidder serves as a committee member of the Opelousas General Health System Foundation and the Opelousas Chapter of Ducks Unlimited.
